How to Import Sections using a CSV File

Import Sections
Note:  ONLY IMPORT SECTION INFORMATION FOR THOSE CLASSES/COURSES FOR WHICH YOU ARE REQUESTING SURVEYS.  Section imports should be done immediately before surveys are sent so that section information is accurate.  Select the appropriate marking period here.

Folio allows you to import sections using a CSV file or to manually import sections individually.
To Import Sections using a CSV file, follow these steps:
  1. Click Go to Section Import
  2. Click Choose File to locate your CSV file
  3. Select Marking Period from the drop down selection (Fall Term, Spring Term, etc.)
  4. Click Import Sections
