Can Folio be used for non-teaching staff? If so, I am very interested in learning more about how our school can use this program as part of our evaluation process for non-teaching staff. I am on a Staff Support Committee here at Friends Seminary and we have been given the task of updating the way Staff is evaluated. I believe that the goal setting and tracking features in Folio could be very helpful and wonder if the "survey" section can be modified to include questions for non-teaching staff.
I look forward to your response. Thank you.
Hi Gloria! I was wondering if I could have someone from Folio get in touch with you to discuss Folio with staff in more depth? I have your email, so if you like I can pass it along to the right person.
Folio Peer Surveys and Supervisor Surveys have one set of questions each (you can use suggested questions or add custom ones), so you would not be able to have a “Faculty” Peer Survey/Supervisor Survey and a different “Staff” Peer Survey/Supervisor Survey. The idea is that the questions are consistent across the school, so comparisons can be made.
But it is a good suggestions that I will add to our Feature Request List.
This is a great questions and we are always trying to make Folio “Staff” friendly.
